Megan Howard, MD

Megan Howard, MD, obtained her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School, in Norfolk, Virginia in May 2019. She went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The University of Virginia School of Medicine in June 2023. Dr. Howard completed her fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center - Magee Women’s Hospital in June 2025. 

Dr. Howard is current member of The American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has received several honors and awards including the Fellow Teaching Award as an excellent fellow educator for residents, Resident Achievement Award: Outstanding MIS Resident, Resident Award for Excellence in MIGS and Senior AOA, to name a few. Dr. Howard has published peer-reviewed articles and presented at national meetings.

Dr. Howard’s clinical interests include the treatment of endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, fibroids and other complex benign gynecologic conditions.
