We’re transitioning to a new electronic medical records system and patient care portal to better serve you.

At Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences EVMS Medical Group at Old Dominion University, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care — and that includes how we manage your health information.

We are transitioning to a new electronic medical records system and patient care portal to better serve you. As part of this upgrade, we are collaborating with Sentara Health to move from Follow My Health to MyChart.

What does this mean for you?

• Improved access to your medical records
• Streamlined communication with your care team
• Simplified appointment scheduling, prescription refills and more

If you already have a Sentara MyChart account, simply log in to access your recent EVMS Medical Group records and appointment details. If you need to create an account, you can register for MyChart online.  

While your recent patient records will be transferred to MyChart, your current records will remain available on Follow My Health. We recommend you download those records for your files. Your providers will have full access to your medical records.
